Top 5 Beauty Retail Apps on Android in Netherlands Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the beauty retail sector on the Android platform in the Netherlands showcased diverse performance metrics among the top five applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these applications demonstrated varying trends in weekly downloads and active user engagement.

RITUALS - Cosmetics saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 3.9K in mid-December. The app's weekly active users also showed a positive trajectory, rising from 20.4K at the start of the quarter to 34.4K by the end of November, before a slight decline to around 24.9K at year-end.

Douglas – Parfüm & Kosmetik experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching about 4.5K in late November. This was accompanied by an increase in weekly active users, which grew from 29.4K in early October to a peak of 48K in early December.

Etos maintained a steady pattern in weekly downloads, fluctuating between 1.3K and 1.7K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users showed a slight upward trend, starting at 23.3K and reaching 26.3K by mid-December.

Mein dm displayed consistent download numbers, with a peak of 1.7K in late December. However, its weekly active users decreased from 18.5K in early October to 13K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, ICI PARIS XL – Beauty showed a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 2.7K in late November. The app's weekly active users rose from 7K at the beginning of the quarter to 17.3K in early December.
